What We’ll Work On (Week by Week)
Week 1: Understanding Your Patterns
We start by looking at your relationship history and identifying the patterns that keep repeating.
Most people think their problem is choosing the wrong people.
But usually there are deeper dynamics happening beneath the surface.
Together we’ll explore:
• why certain relationship situations trigger anxiety so strongly
• the patterns that keep showing up in your dating life
• why you may feel calm at first but anxious once you start to care about someone
• how your nervous system reacts when connection feels uncertain
By the end of this week, you’ll start seeing your patterns more clearly, which is the first step toward changing them.
Week 2: The Fear Beneath the Anxiety
Once we understand your patterns, we start looking at the deeper fear driving them.
For many people with anxious attachment, there’s an underlying belief like:
• “If I speak up about my needs, they’ll leave.”
• “I have to keep the connection strong or I’ll lose them.”

• how to communicate your needs without fearing you’ll push someone away
• how to stop overanalyzing every interaction
• how to stay connected to yourself instead of losing yourself in the relationship
During this week, you’ll start practicing secure responses that allow you to show up with more calm, clarity, and self-respect.
Week 4: Building Real Inner Security
In the final week, we focus on helping you develop the kind of inner stability that creates healthier relationships.
Together we’ll work on:
• strengthening your sense of self outside of relationships
• learning how to regulate your emotions when anxiety shows up
• trusting yourself to handle uncertainty without spiraling
• creating habits that support a more secure attachment style
This is where many clients begin noticing a shift.
