1. Eight 60-Minute Deep-Dive Coaching Sessions
During our first session, we’ll identify the exact patterns driving your anxiety in relationships and create a personalized plan for shifting them.
We’ll look at things like:
• what triggers your anxious spiral
• how your nervous system reacts to distance or uncertainty
• the beliefs driving your fear of abandonment
• the patterns that keep repeating in your dating life
By the end of the call, you’ll have clarity about what’s actually happening beneath the surface, and what to start doing differently.
Our following sessions focuse on integration and creating new patterns.
After spending time observing your triggers and practicing new responses during the two weeks, we’ll meet again to deepen the work.
In this session we’ll focus on:
• identifying the shifts you’ve already begun making
• working through any patterns that still feel challenging
• strengthening your ability to regulate anxiety when triggers arise
• developing secure ways to communicate your needs
• building practices that help you stay anchored in yourself
This session is about helping you move from awareness into embodied change.
Instead of reacting automatically from fear or anxiety, you’ll begin developing the ability to:
• pause
• regulate
• choose a response that aligns with your self-respect and emotional well-being
This is the foundation of secure attachment.
2. Two Weeks of Telegram Voice Note Support (Monday–Friday)
This is where the real transformation happens.
During our two weeks together, you’ll be able to message me on Telegram so you can bring real situations as they happen.
For example:
• “He hasn’t texted me back and I can feel myself spiraling.”
• “I want to say how I feel but I’m afraid it will push her away.”
• “I'm starting to overthink everything again.”
Instead of navigating those moments alone, you’ll receive guidance on how to:
• regulate the anxious spiral
• respond from a grounded place
• communicate your needs with confidence
• stay connected to yourself even when relationships feel uncertain
This is powerful because new patterns are built in the moment you would normally fall back into the old one.

Understanding Your Attachment Patterns
Before anything can change, you need awareness.
Together we’ll uncover:
• the triggers that activate your anxiety in relationships
• where you may be abandoning your own needs to keep someone close
• why certain dynamics feel so emotionally intense
• the subconscious beliefs that drive your fear of losing connection
Most people try to fix the behavior.
We’ll focus on the deeper pattern underneath it.
