Day 1: March 25

  • Learn skills that you can actually use in the moment the panic sets in to manage your triggers if someone pulls away or your partner has a negative reaction to you expressing your thoughts or feeling - abandonment fears will no longer stop you from sharing your true self
  • Inconsistency, distance or lags in communication will become a blip on your radar, you’ll practice a go-to 4 step method for how to handle scenarios like this so that space no longer sends you spiraling
  • Be lead through embodiment practices to create calm and security from within and experience what it's like to quiet your mind and soothe your anxiety without needing their reassurance

You’ll walk away with real tools so that when something triggers you, instead of spiraling you can think:

"Okay. I know what to do here."
