Your 3-Day Healing Journey
Day 1: September 30 – Creating Safety in the Body
We begin by calming the nervous system and dissolving the fear at the root of abandonment wounds. When your body feels unsafe, your mind clings, spirals, and reacts. Together we will:

Release the limiting beliefs that keep you stuck in fear and survival mode.

Learn how to create internal safety so that your body no longer confuses space, distance, or rejection with danger.

Build a foundation of calm and security from within, so you can finally experience what it feels like to rest in your own presence.
This day sets the stage for everything else because when your body feels safe, you can stop living in constant anxiety and start stepping into your authentic self.
Day 2: October 1 – Healing Wounded Parts & Inner Child
On the second day, we go deeper into reconnection, meeting the parts of you that once felt abandoned, unseen, or unloved. These parts still carry the old fears and often drive your present choices. Together we will:

Reconnect with your inner child and build a safe, nurturing relationship with yourself.

Learn how to listen to and honor the needs of your most vulnerable parts instead of silencing them.

Develop the ability to be with your emotions, to embrace vulnerability, and to stop betraying yourself when fear arises.
By the end of Day 2, you’ll feel a renewed sense of wholeness and self-trust, knowing that you no longer have to outsource safety to others.
Day 3: October 2 – Embodying Secure Love
The final day is about stepping into a new way of showing up in relationships: not from fear, but from confidence, clarity, and self-assurance. Together we will:

Practice tools for regulating your mind and body when you feel triggered, so you can respond with calm instead of anxiety.

Strengthen your boundaries so you no longer over-invest or abandon yourself just to keep someone else close.

Learn how to communicate your thoughts and feelings with confidence, recognize when a relationship isn’t aligned, and walk away with self-respect.
Day 3 is where everything integrates, you’ll feel what it’s like to embody secure love, rooted in the real, authentic you.
