DO NOT MISS OUT! AMAZING THINGS ARE COMING!

The 14-Day Challenge to Stop Outsourcing Your Emotional Security & Feel Secure Without Needing Them to Change

You don't need to learn how to need less.

You don't need to stop caring.

You don't need to become detached or convince yourself you don't want a relationship.

You need to learn how to create emotional security from within yourself.

Because the truth is...

You can know exactly what you should do and still find yourself doing the opposite when you're afraid.

You can know you shouldn't chase...

and still find yourself reaching for your phone.

You can know you need to set a boundary...

and still feel terrified that having one will make someone leave.

You can know that someone's behavior isn't a reflection of your worth...

and still feel completely destabilized when they pull away.

You can know you should choose yourself...

and still find yourself abandoning your needs to keep someone close.

That's because knowing isn't the same as feeling safe enough to act on what you know.

And that's what we're going to change.

The missing piece isn't learning to need less.

For years, I believed I needed someone else to make me feel secure.

I thought the right relationship would finally quiet the overthinking.

That more reassurance would make me feel safe.

That if someone loved me enough, everything would change.

But eventually I realized something:

There was a part of me that had learned I couldn't create safety for myself.

So it looked outside of me for someone to do it.

It needed someone to reassure it.

To choose it.

To stay.

To prove that everything was okay.

To make the fear go away.

And when someone couldn't do those things?

That part of me panicked.

It wasn't because I was too needy.

It wasn't because I cared too much.

It was because a part of me genuinely believed:

“I can't rely on myself.”

And that part doesn't need another lecture.

It doesn't need another relationship rule.

It doesn't need to be shamed into becoming more secure.

It needs a new experience.

It needs to experience what it's like to have someone it can finally rely on.

And that someone is you.

THE SECURE YOU CHALLENGE

A 14-day guided experience to help you stop making someone else's behavior responsible for your emotional security.

This isn't about becoming someone who never gets triggered.

It's not about learning how to stop caring.

It's not about becoming completely independent.

And it's not about convincing yourself that you don't need anyone.

It's about becoming someone who can stay connected to yourself, even when someone else isn't showing up the way you hoped they would.

Over 14 days, you'll learn how to work with the parts of you that seek security outside of yourself when:

  • Someone can't validate you and you start questioning your own feelings.

  • They're distant, hot & cold, or giving mixed signals and you feel anxious or consumed by what they're doing.

  • They can't reassure you and you feel like you can't calm down until they do.

  • They reject you, ghost you, or break up with you and their choice feels like a reflection of your worth.

  • Conflict or disagreement arises and you feel compelled to fix it, people-please, or avoid your truth.

  • Someone is emotionally unavailable and you find yourself trying harder to earn their love or attention.

  • Someone is upset with you and you feel responsible for making them okay again.

  • Your needs aren't being met and you question whether you're asking for too much.

  • Things feel uncertain and you desperately want clarity so you can finally feel safe.

  • You doubt yourself and look outside yourself for someone to tell you what you should do.

Instead of automatically looking outside yourself for relief, you'll begin learning how to turn toward yourself and say:

“You don't have to depend on them anymore.

I'm here.

You can rely on me.”

This isn't 14 days of information.

It's 14 days of practice.

You don't need another course that gives you more things to think about.

You need a place to practice showing up differently.

That's why every day is intentionally simple.

Every day you'll receive:

🎥 A 10-minute coaching video

A short, focused coaching lesson that helps you understand what's happening inside of you, recognize your patterns, and begin seeing yourself and your relationships differently.

🎧 A guided meditation

A guided practice designed to help you move the work out of your head and into your body, so you can begin experiencing what it feels like to create safety, connection, and trust within yourself.

✍️ Reflection questions

Simple prompts that help you connect the day's teaching to your own life, relationships, patterns, and experiences.

Your daily commitment:

About 15–20 minutes a day.

That's it.

Not another giant course you need to find hours to complete.

Not another library of information you'll save and never get around to.

Just 14 days of intentionally showing up for yourself.

Because the goal isn't to finish 14 days knowing more about yourself.

The goal is to finish 14 days experiencing yourself differently.

Your 14-Day Journey

DAYS 1–4 | MEET THE PART

Understand the part of you that learned to look outside yourself for safety.

You'll begin identifying the moments when this part takes over.

When someone pulls away.

When you're waiting for a text.

When you feel rejected.

When someone is disappointed in you.

When you don't know where you stand.

When you're afraid someone might leave.

You'll begin understanding what this part is actually afraid of and what it has been trying to get from other people.

Your daily coaching lessons will help you understand the pattern.

Your guided meditations will help you begin turning toward this part with curiosity and compassion instead of judgment.

Not to get rid of this part.

To finally understand it.

Because you can't build a new relationship with a part of yourself you're constantly fighting.

DAYS 5–9 | SHOW IT YOU'RE HERE

Begin becoming someone this part can rely on.

This is where the healing begins to become experiential.

You'll practice turning toward yourself when you're activated instead of immediately reaching outside yourself for relief.

You'll learn to:

  • Listen to what you're feeling.

  • Validate what you need.

  • Soothe yourself through discomfort.

  • Stay present with yourself when you're afraid.

  • Give yourself the reassurance you've been chasing.

  • Recognize when fear is driving your choices.

  • Stop abandoning yourself in order to feel secure.

Every time you respond to yourself with presence instead of panic, you create a new experience.

Every time you honor your needs instead of suppressing them, you create evidence.

Every time you stay connected to yourself through uncertainty, you teach that part:

“You don't have to do this alone anymore.

I'm here.”

DAYS 10–14 | PROVE YOU CAN RELY ON YOU

Take this new relationship with yourself into the moments that matter.

It's easy to trust yourself when everything is calm.

The real transformation happens when you're activated.

When someone is distant.

When you're afraid of rejection.

When you need to have a difficult conversation.

When you need to set a boundary.

When you don't know what someone else is going to choose.

When choosing yourself might mean losing something you're attached to.

This is where you practice showing yourself:

“Even here, I'm not leaving you.”

You listen to your intuition.

You speak honestly.

You honor your needs.

You set the boundary.

You make the decision.

You tolerate the uncertainty.

And you let your actions become the evidence that this part of you has been waiting for:

“I can rely on me.”

What starts to change when you become the source?

Imagine someone you love pulling away...

And instead of immediately spiraling, you can pause.

You can feel what you feel.

You can listen to yourself.

You can decide what you actually want.

You can communicate without trying to control their response.

You can give someone space without abandoning yourself.

You can ask for what you need without believing you're asking for too much.

You can set a boundary without immediately panicking that they'll leave.

You can notice that someone isn't giving you what you need and think:

“This isn't working for me.”

Instead of:

“How do I get them to change?”

You can love someone deeply...

without losing yourself in the process.

You can care about whether someone stays...

while knowing that you will still be okay if they don't.

By the end of these 14 days...

I don't want you to simply understand yourself better.

I want you to have new evidence about yourself.

Evidence that when you're scared, you don't have to abandon yourself.

Evidence that when you need reassurance, you can give yourself some of what you've been looking for.

Evidence that when something doesn't feel right, you'll listen.

Evidence that you can experience uncertainty without immediately needing to control it.

Evidence that you can have difficult conversations without making the outcome your responsibility.

Evidence that you can choose yourself without needing someone else to agree with your choice.

Evidence that you can feel deeply without letting your emotions make every decision for you.

And most importantly:

Evidence that you are someone you can rely on.

The goal isn't to stop needing people.

You were never meant to become completely self-sufficient.

You don't need to stop wanting love.

You don't need to stop caring.

You don't need to stop being attached.

You don't need to stop wanting reassurance sometimes.

The goal is something much deeper.

To stop making another person responsible for your emotional safety.

To know that you can receive love without needing it to prove your worth.

You can experience distance without abandoning yourself.

You can experience uncertainty without losing yourself.

You can experience rejection without deciding something is wrong with you.

You can experience conflict without believing the relationship is automatically in danger.

And you can love someone deeply without making their behavior responsible for how you feel about yourself.

Because you've built something that changes the entire relationship:

You trust that you'll be there for you.

This is what becoming the source looks like.

It's not:

“I don't need anyone.”

It's:

“I can need someone without abandoning myself.”

It's not:

“I don't care if they leave.”

It's:

“Of course I care. And I know I'll still be okay.”

It's not:

“I never get triggered anymore.”

It's:

“When I get triggered, I know how to come back to myself.”

It's not:

“I know they'll choose me.”

It's:

“I know I'll choose me.”

And that is a completely different kind of security.

You don't have to be completely healed to start.

You don't have to wait until you're less anxious.

You don't have to wait until you're in a healthy relationship.

You don't have to wait until you never spiral again.

You don't have to wait until you're finally confident enough to choose yourself.

The practice is how you get there.

Every time you pause instead of chase.

Every time you honor your needs instead of suppress them.

Every time you stay with yourself through uncertainty.

Every time you stop making someone else's behavior mean something about your worth.

Every time you choose yourself.

You create a new experience.

And eventually, that new experience becomes something you trust.

This is how you become the source.

14 days.

10 minutes of coaching.

A guided meditation.

Reflection.

And a new way of relating to yourself.

You don't need more information.

You don't need another strategy.

You don't need to become someone completely different.
