Stop looking for someone else to give you the security, worth, and peace you've been trying to create through relationships.

Because no matter how much someone loves you

if your sense of safety depends on how they're showing up

you'll always be waiting.

  • Waiting for the text.
  • Waiting for reassurance.
  • Waiting to know where you stand.
  • Waiting for someone else's certainty before you can finally relax.

But what if the security you've been looking for was never supposed to come from someone else?

What if the relationship you've been longing for begins with the relationship you build with yourself?

Welcome to the Source

This isn't another program about fixing your relationships. It's about changing the relationship you've been having with yourself.

Because the truth is, most people don't lose themselves because they don't know what they need. They lose themselves because somewhere inside, they believe choosing themselves could cost them the relationship. So they:

  • Stay silent instead of speaking honestly.
  • Overthink instead of trusting themselves.
  • People-please instead of honoring their needs.
  • Chase reassurance instead of creating inner safety.
  • Hold onto relationships that require them to abandon themselves.

Not because they're weak. Not because they're broken. But because a part of them learned that being chosen was safer than choosing themselves.

The Source is where we begin healing that part.

Imagine becoming someone who
·doesn't need constant reassurance to believe they're loved.
·can tolerate uncertainty without spiraling.
·expresses their needs without apologizing for having them.
·sets boundaries without believing they'll lose love.
·makes decisions from self-trust instead of fear.
·stays connected to themselves even when someone else is disappointed.
·knows that no matter what happens in a relationship, they won't abandon themselves.

That is what it means to become the source.

What you'll experience

This is not a lecture.

This is not a course filled with hours of information you'll struggle to apply when you're triggered. This is a live, experiential coaching experience.

Each week, you'll bring your real-life situations into the room:

  • The conversation you don't know how to have.
  • The relationship you're obsessing over.
  • The boundary you're afraid to set.
  • The breakup you can't move on from.
  • The uncertainty that keeps consuming your mind.

Instead of simply talking about secure attachment, we'll work with the parts of you that make it so difficult to live it. Because knowing what to do isn't the same as being able to do it when you're afraid.

Inside Become the Source

Four weeks, in order, built to move you.

Become the Source is a 4-week live coaching experience designed to help you stop outsourcing your emotional security to the people you love and build the kind of relationship with yourself that allows you to feel grounded, secure, and okay, even when relationships feel uncertain.

Week 1

I Listen to Me

Learn to hear yourself again.

When you're used to looking outward for security, you can become hyper-focused on what everyone else is feeling, thinking, and doing while losing touch with yourself. This week, you'll learn to turn your attention inward and recognize your feelings, needs, preferences, beliefs, and body cues without immediately overriding them based on someone else's behavior.

You'll begin understanding what gets activated inside of you and learning to respond to yourself with curiosity instead of judgment.

Week 2

I Honor Me

Learn to let what you feel and need actually matter.

Self-awareness isn't enough if you continue abandoning what you discover. This week, you'll learn how to turn awareness into action by communicating your needs, honoring your preferences, making choices that reflect what matters to you, and stopping the pattern of making someone else's comfort more important than your own.

You'll begin building the experience of knowing, "I can count on myself to take myself seriously."

Week 3

I Protect Me

Learn to create safety through the way you show up for yourself.

Emotional security grows when you know you can protect yourself. This week, you'll work on boundaries, saying no, recognizing what isn't healthy for you, and taking action when something continues to hurt you.

Instead of making your security dependent on getting someone else to change, you'll learn to ask, "What will I do to take care of myself if they don't?" That is where self-trust begins to grow.

Week 4

I Trust Me + I Don't Abandon Me

Learn to stay connected to yourself when relationships activate you.

The deepest level of security isn't knowing that nobody will ever disappoint you, pull away, or leave. It's knowing that you will not leave yourself when they do. In this final week, you'll learn how to tend to the part of you that becomes activated by distance, uncertainty, disappointment, anger, or the possibility of rejection without immediately chasing reassurance, overthinking, people-pleasing, or abandoning your own needs.

You'll build the self-trust that allows you to say, "I may not know what happens next, but I know I will be here for me."

The five internal shifts

What begins to change inside you

Throughout the four weeks together, you'll begin creating the deeper internal shifts that naturally transform the way you show up in your relationships.

This program is for you if
  • You constantly find yourself overthinking relationships.
  • You know you deserve better but keep settling for less.
  • You're exhausted from trying to earn love instead of simply receiving it.
  • You struggle to express your needs because you're afraid of how someone else will respond.
  • You find yourself people-pleasing, chasing, overgiving, or staying silent to preserve connection.

You know the advice. You've read the books. You've listened to the podcasts. But when you're triggered, everything you know disappears.

You're ready for something deeper than information. You're ready for transformation.

What makes the Source different

Most relationship programs teach you what to do. Set boundaries. Communicate better. Choose yourself. Stop chasing. All of that is valuable.

But if the part of you that fears rejection, abandonment, or disapproval is still running the show, those behaviors can feel almost impossible to practice when they matter most.

That's why this program isn't focused on giving you more information. It's focused on helping you heal the fears underneath the pattern.

Because when your internal world changes, your relationships naturally begin to change too.

Here's what you'll receive
  • Four live experiential coaching sessions (~90 minutes)
  • Four video coaching lessons to set the tone each week
  • Opportunities to receive personalized coaching on your real-life situations
  • Guided experiential exercises to help you connect with and heal the parts of yourself that keep getting stuck

"What changed my life wasn't learning how to get other people to meet my needs better. It was learning how to become someone I could rely on."

That journey became the foundation of my work and the philosophy I now call Become the Source.

Over the years, I've had the privilege of helping hundreds of clients heal the patterns that keep them stuck in people-pleasing, overthinking, self-abandonment, relationship anxiety, and the fear of not being enough. But more importantly, I've helped them build a different relationship with themselves, one rooted in self-trust, self-loyalty, and emotional security from within.

I believe lasting transformation doesn't happen by criticizing or trying to fix the parts of you that are struggling. It happens when those parts finally feel seen, understood, and safe enough to let go of the roles they've been carrying for so long. That's the space I strive to create.

A space where every part of you is welcome: the anxious part, the people-pleasing part, the protective part, the hopeful part, the exhausted part, and the part that's quietly wondering if there's another way to live.

The goal isn't to become someone new. It's to return to the person you were before fear convinced you that you had to abandon yourself to be loved.

I'm so honored you're here, and I can't wait to support you in becoming the source of the emotional security you've been searching for all along.

You don't need someone else to become the source of your security

You need to become someone you can finally rely on.

Imagine waking up and realizing that your peace no longer depends on whether someone texted you back.

Imagine knowing that you can survive disappointment without abandoning yourself.

Imagine trusting yourself enough to speak honestly, choose yourself, and love without losing yourself.

That is the work we'll do together.

Not by becoming someone different.

But by returning to the person you've always been underneath the fear.
